US SHIPPING&TARIFF INFO BELOW

I try to convey tones as precisely as possible, but please allow slight colour/tone variation depending on your screen settings.

INFORMATION FOR US CUSTOMERS:
As I learned, original art is not a subject to tariffs, and from my side I fill custom documents to specify the content of the package with corresponding codes and pay a broker fee to register your parcel in the system for trackable shipping. If you are still demanded to pay tariffs when your package arrives, please contact me via [email protected], facebook profiles Saoirse Dobhran or Haru Kauge, or this website, so that we can clarify the issue. 
SHIPPING COST TO US: currently my state postal company offers trackable registered shipping where you can trace your parcel's journey from Estonia to you, and it costs 21€. This cost might change for the smaller later this year, but since post services are still adapting to Trump's new laws, it might take time for my local post service to update the costs. I wholeheartedly understand that this isn't the cheapest, yet I highly recommend to choose this option, as it lets you trace the package and, if it's lost, I can submit a request for search or compensation. The cheaper option, 13€, is also processed through a broker from my side with custom codes etc, but it cannot guarantee that the package can be traced, and, if lost, I cannot submit a request for search or compensation. I've been sending art to US for several years already, and USPS hasn't lost anything, but if you order several artworks or want to be extra sure, I'd recommend to use the 21€ option. If you order with 13€ option and the package hasn't arrived in 2-3 months (taking into account holidays and such) please contact me via [email protected] (or this website), so that we can find a solution. 
Currently I do not send prints to US, sorry, as it's still not clear enough how customs handle reproductions, and I don't want the parcel to be delayed/tarified because it contains a print, but this will hopefully be updated.

GENERAL SHIPPING CONDITIONS: 
I ship from Estonia, EU. 
To ensure that artworks arrive safely I ship flat with solid 0.1inch/2.5mm thick cardboard, zip/file bags, and bubble envelops. 
Art pieces arrive unframed and unmounted.  

You receive a confirmation letter from the Bigcartel website once your order is shipped to the email mentioned via checkout. The tracking number for registered trackable shipping typically starts with CC and ends with EE, and arrives from Estonia, from a person named Haru Kauge. You can use the provided tracking number on websites like omniva.ee, track-trace.com or on the website of your local postal service. The telephone number that you provide will be marked on the envelope and in custom documents so that your post service can contact you, and providing a telephone number is currently a mandatory requirement. 

Please allow 1-3 business days to dispatch, and 10-40 days for the package to arrive depending on your location, customs, weather conditions, seasonal selebrations etc. If there are any dispatching delays or questions from my side I will contact you from an email address [email protected]/bigcartel communication email. 

Please note that I am not able to control/influence the work of postal services, but I keep postal receipts for 6 months, and feel free to contact me via [email protected] or via facebook profile Saoirse Dobhran if you have any questions. 
Also, your local postal service might gather their own taxes for the packages arriving from EU, please be aware. I do not gather or proceed any tax information, and all your address/phone number/email data is gathered strictly for the purpose of filling shipping documents or getting in touch with you about your order. 

Please also note that shipping with another item is free, which means that if you order 2, 3, or more items, shipping cost will be still as if for one item, so you might want to check whay I have in a store besides this artwork, click the "products" section :) 

Care: please avoid bending, contact with water or other liquids, and scratching. I apply a non-toxic protective fixative spray on original pastel drawings, but please don't rub/smudge. For watercolour pieces - please avoid hanging on a wall under direct sunlight and contact with water. If you want to mount pieces, please use acid-free materilas.
